1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BookFlow's booking management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

BookFlow provides a cloud-based booking management platform designed for service-based businesses including massage therapists, salons, barber shops, medical practices, and driving schools. Our services include appointment scheduling, client management, payment processing, and automated reminders.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or business may only maintain one active account

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Monthly Plan: €12/month

• Unlimited bookings and appointments
• Client management features
• Online booking page (subdomain)
• Email reminders
• Basic support

Yearly Plan: €120/year (Save €24)

• All Monthly Plan features
• Custom domain support
• Professional email (webmail)
• Priority support
• Advanced analytics
• API access

5. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial period. Your subscription will automatically start after the trial ends unless cancelled.

6. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis (see Refund Policy)

7. Refund Policy

Upgrade (Monthly to Yearly): Prorated credit for remaining monthly period is applied to the yearly subscription cost.

Downgrade (Yearly to Monthly): Refund calculated as: €120 - (months used × €10). Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Share your account with unauthorized users
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious content or spam
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to BookFlow. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the services.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, you will lose access to the service and your data may be deleted after 30 days. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
